What we collect
When you submit a form or email us, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your project. On the site itself we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, and device type.
How we use it
To reply to you, run your project, send invoices, and understand which pages of our own site are useful. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside the tools we use to run the business.
Tools we rely on
We use third-party services for email, scheduling, analytics, hosting, and payments. Each one processes only the data it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.
Client project data
To build your website we may receive photos, project details, reviews, logos, and access to accounts you own. We treat all of it as confidential, use it only for your project, and hand back or remove access at the end of the engagement on request.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic analytics and to remember preferences. You can block them in your browser without breaking the site.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you asked to hear from us and changed your mind, tell us and we will stop.
