Scope of work
Every engagement is defined in a written proposal: the pages, the deliverables, the number of revision rounds, and the timeline. Work outside that proposal is quoted separately before it starts.
Payment
Projects begin with a deposit and the balance is billed against the milestones named in the proposal. Invoices are due on receipt unless the proposal says otherwise. Work pauses on overdue invoices.
Your responsibilities
You provide project photos, content, reviews, and timely feedback. Timelines assume feedback within a few business days of each review; long gaps move the launch date.
Revisions and approval
Each phase includes the revision rounds listed in your proposal. Once you approve a phase, further changes to it are treated as new work.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the site design, content, and code we produced for you, plus the domain and hosting accounts in your name. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Warranty and liability
We fix defects in our work for thirty days after launch at no charge. We are not responsible for third-party outages, search-ranking outcomes, or losses beyond the fees you paid us for the project.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for work completed to that point and we hand over the files produced so far.
